Who We Are
Elite Performance is an avenue for young men and women to achieve dreams and excel in life. Not only excel in life but at their sport of choice and in the classroom. Elite performance is a place where a student-athlete can be themselves and not worry about the stresses of life. Typically, Student-athletes may struggle either on the field/ court or in the classroom and find it difficult to find a healthy balance; that's were we step in. Elite performance is here to provide resources that will ensure the development of our student-athletes. It's an avenue to help with goals setting, being recruited, and the process of accepting college offers. Parents and student-athletes are offered quality resources for academies and athletics all under one roof. Currently stationed in: Lansing, MI; Grand Rapids, MI and Austin, TX.

LAVELLE WALKER
Founder/ Performance Coach
Lansing & Grand Rapids, Michigan
Coach Walker received his Bachelors degree in secondary education majoring in physical education and Health from Central Michigan University where he played his collegiate football. With a passion for education, went on to receive his Masters in Management. He currently coaches football for Davenport University and teaches sports classes for the YMCA .

Coach Carter graduated from Lansing Everett High School. He then went on to play his collegiate football career at Ferris State University. Donovan graduated with his bachelors degree in Integrated Studies. He currently coaches baseball, basketball and football for Cedar Park Youth League and Neighborhood Sports.

A student-athlete's academic performance is pivotal part of their life. Their academic performance can be the difference between advancing in an athletic career or falling short before having the opportunity. It may also be a deciding factor on whether they get accepted into the university of choice. Elite performance is here to assist student-athletes in this area of their lives and encourage higher education while nurturing athletic passion. The staff will serve as mentors and offer sessions that discuss topics such as organization and balance, stress coping strategies and financial preparation.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE
Elite performance will allow student-athletes to get proper and versatile training for their sport of their choice. There are no limits, versatile training approaches are used in a way that translate to all sports. We make the training atmosphere tough, but fun and enjoyable for our athletes. We offer individual training sessions and group training sessions. Training session may consist of anything from weight room, foot work, speed, agility or plyometrics.
